- Visualising channels
- Generating Vajrayogini at the navel - generating mind Vajrayogini = the most important practice for the practice of the uncommon yoga of inconceivability to be successful
The 6 stage: we practice this visualising the channels for 2 reasons - a) to … b) to receive blessings on our inner channels drops and winds so that our practice on the uncommon yoga of inconceivability will be successful
- Purifying and transforming the world and its beings. With the motivation of cherishing of all living beings, believing that their happiness and freedom are more important than our own, we engage in this practice to fulfil our Tantric vows. So we will experience the world and its beings as completely pure. The purpose of this meditation is to develop universal compassion. We should know that learning to cherish others is the best method to be happy.
When we receive HYT empowerments we have commitment to benefit all living beings right now. We have no ability to benefit living beings because we are still beginners. So we do this through imagination or believing with a good heart. We purify all worlds and beings and transform them into pure worlds and being. From the heart of my mind Vajrayogini at the navel, immeasurable 5 coloured rays of light radiate (see the sadhana).

The actual practice of the uncommon yoga of inconceivability:
Because the mind is empty it can reach anywhere just by thinking. By gaining deep familiarity with my mind Vajrayogini we will instantaneously attain the pure land of Keajra. {Engage in sadhana}. We are rushing, and because we are rushing we are travelling.
